Virtual Nutrition Coaching- 8-Week Program $300

Are you ready to put yourself first and focus on your health and wellbeing?  Losing weight and eating healthy shouldn’t be a shameful process that is based on restriction and under fueling. It should be an empowering, mindful process that results in you feeling more energetic and more in control of the food choices you make. This journey does not have to be difficult, but it does require you to be “ready” to make some changes. I will guide you and keep you on course, but you have to be ready to put in the work, which means planning, preparing and tracking your meals. If you’re ready to get to that goal weight or want to learn how to fuel your body in a healthy, balanced manner, then I can help you get there!

How Does It Work:

1. We will meet virtually for 45-60 minutes for a health screening and assessment. I will go over the program, take your assessment information and build an individual program based on your needs and goals. 

2. We meet virtually or on the phone weekly for a 15-minute check-in.

3. You track your daily intake on My Fitness Pal and email it to me daily to review.

4. Complete and report-in weekly weigh-ins.


Accountability Buddy Program- $50/month

You’ve gone through the program, but you need some continued support with accountability. I am here to offer that support, record your weekly weigh-ins and review your daily food tracking records to ensure that you reach that next goal.
